Durham Mews Apartments was a new development begun in the mid 2000’s, when Christchurch still had a city Centre with numerous historical buildings and recreational facilities.

Real Pictures was contracted by the developers to use existing photographic material and some of Real Pictures’ stock footage to put together a promotional video – a few sequences of which are included in this clip.
